    Shipping Policy

    It’s important to note that shipping is only available within the USA. If you are ordering from outside of the USA, you may need to arrange for alternate shipping options or consider purchasing a similar product that is available in your area.     Return Policy

    We have a 15-day return policy. Which means you have 15 days from your delivery date to return your item.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If you wish to make a return please email me at info@thedriftlesssheep.com to notify me of the item being returned.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for return items, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Cancel or Modification Order

    Please contact me within 24 hours of order placement for placed order issues or modifications.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    We do not accept exchanges, however the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
